I’m passionate about pursuing a career in business either in sales or the housing market where I can build strong client relationships and drive results. Coming from a family of successful, business-minded individuals, I’ve been fortunate to learn from their experiences and gain valuable insight early on. Their guidance, along with the support I’ve received from mentors like Mike Zahorik in Colorado, has played a big role in shaping my goals and work ethic. Along with this, my four years of college education has taught me
far more than just course content. It’s given me a solid foundation in time management, communication, and problem-solving. I’ve learned how to think critically, work effectively in teams, and adapt to challenges both inside and outside the classroom. It’s also helped me discover my passions, sharpen my career goals, and understand the value of networking and real-world experience. Most importantly, it’s shown me the importance of persistence and personal growth in shaping a successful future.
The JWU Move Out and Donate campaign is an annual sustainability initiative at Johnson & Wales University designed to reduce waste during student move-outs. Instead of discarding unwanted items, students are encouraged to donate gently used furniture, clothing, linens, and non-perishable food. These donations benefit local nonprofits such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rhode Island, the Rhode Island Food Bank, and the Providence Animal Rescue League.
My class did a project for JWU to create a campaign poster that exemplifies JWU's commitment to sustainability and community engagement, turning the end of semester move out process into an opportunity for positive environmental and social impact. Our goal was create a poster that would entice our friends, classmates and colleges to actually donate rather than trash their goods.
Providence Burger Bar is a burger spot located in Providence, Rhode Island. It’s known for its creative burger combinations, large portions, and pub-style vibe. Many locals and students (including JWU students) love it for casual dining, along with cheap drinks.
We made this project to help PBB because despite offering some of the best prices and cheapest beer in town, it was struggling to attract a steady crowd especially in a college town where affordability is key. Many students and locals didn’t know about the bar or what it had to offer. Our goal with the video was to spotlight its unbeatable deals, welcoming vibe and convenient location, helping to raise awareness and draw in the college demographic that typically choses the cheaper alternatives.
